A cozy house situated in a beautiful spot on the South coast of Rarotonga where a quiet turquoise lagoon contrasts with the white fringe of the reef and a dark cobalt of the ocean in the distance. A modest house raised on poles offers magnificent panoramic view of the beach and lagoon.
Every visitor is instantly charmed with this spot and breathtaking views from the deck, lounge and the bedroom.
A quiet tropical beach fringed with coconut palms stretches to both sides as far as you can see. Right from the lounge or the deck you can watch tropical fish lazily swimming around the corals pods of fish jumping out of the water, sometimes a blue starfish lying on the sandy bottom .From the kitchen windows and from the water you can enjoy ever changing Rarotongan mountains covered with a lush tropical forest.
LIFESTYLE
Imagine waking up with a sunrise filtering into your bedroom windows , stepping out onto an empty beach in the morning, enjoying days in the hammock on the deck , lungers or bean bags on the beach, snorkeling, swimming and finishing a perfect day with a dinner at waters’ egde right in front of your house while watching a sunset over the lagoon
You can start your day with a homemade
smoothie (made on our Nutri bullet), make your pancake on the deck with lagoon’s water lapping on the soft sand below, frolic in the sun or watch lazy fish moving between the corals right from your deck or bedroom and finish the day with a glass of wine while watching a spectacular sunset over the lagoon

Even though the beach has a prime swimming spot most of the times you can have the beach for yourself. Sometimes a local can walk past with the net in the
water, rarely a tourist will come here from the nearby resort. On Sundays some locals family come to enjoy their time of after their church service but all these visitors are spread across long strip of sandy beach.
COMFORT
Whilst you are away from the crowds you are still a short bike ride away from the supermarket, cafe and resorts or a walk away from other luxury holiday homes and Waima restaurant to which you can walk along the beach.
The house provides nice comfy leather couch, big screen TV, books and art, movies, kitchen
equipment, a hammock, sunbeds, bean bag, table on the deck and on the beach which you can move into the water, mask, snorkels and beach towels, indoor and outdoor shower, partly glazed veranda overlooking lagoon, parking – all this included in the price
You can also purchase WIFI at the same price Telecom offers in their Hot Spots (unfortunately we still pay high prices per usage but we know that for many guests a comfort to use WIFI from the house, deck and the beach under the house is a great convenience). The house is rented out only for few months each year. It’s a ‘live in’ family home with a cosy family home environment.
